These rules govern the content that is permissible to upload.

- Untouched video from the best available source.
- Audio

Best available primary audio from the available sources in the
film's native/original language.
- Lossless mono/stereo tracks must be converted to FLAC.

Multichannel LPCM tracks must be converted to DTS-HD Master
Audio.

The embedded AC-3 audio from Multichannel TrueHD tracks may be
muxed in for compatibility as a secondary track.
- All other audio codecs must be left untouched.
- Upmixed multichannel track (if available).

Forced PGS/SUP subtitle track in the original language (if

Release(s) may coexist for a given Movie/TV Show.

Captures from television networks/VOD/feeds in HD resolution.
- HD encodes sourced from WEB Releases.

One UHD x265 and two 1080p or two 720p x264 or one SD encod(s)
may coexist for a given Movie/TV Show.

1080p: One slot goes to a quality oriented encode (highest
quality encode available).

1080p: Second slot goes to a compact/compressed/mini encode (No
x265 HD mini encodes are allowed).

A special slot is assigned for a UHD sourced 1080p encode.
- 720p: recommended for sources without 1080p details.

If a good quality 1080p x264 encode exists for a given Movie/TV
Show the 720p encode must be skipped.

Primary audio track must be encoded from lossless source (if
available) into DD+ (E-AC-3) (preferably), AC-3 or DTS if it is
5.1 or 7.1. and FLAC/AAC if it is 2.0/1.0.

Muxed audio tracks on UHD resolution must follow the same rules
as remuxes.

Commentaries should be muxed in (encoded is better) (if
available).

English dubs are the only dubs allowed for encodes, remuxes and
WEB-DL.

Anime uploads must have either English subtitles (with Japanese
audio track) or English audio.

Two slots have been reserved for Seadex releases of which the
first slot goes for the Best release and the second goes for the
Alt release.
